Vibrant green, very fine powder with a fruity flavour that moves into freshly mown grass and a hint of seaweed, which we rather like. On tasting, it is quite complex. It is sweet at first then moves on a journey through to a savoury seaweed flavour. It has a smooth mouthfeel and leaves a creaminess in the mouth with only a gentle bitterness. It is complex with so many flavours that work well together. We are very impressed by this tea.
